A dedicated Program Manager oversees each project and is the single point of contact throughout the entire process. MC’s 40+ Program Managers and Team Leads are capable of managing 1000’s of sites nationally at one time. Each Program Manager works directly with the city, landlords, tradesman, engineering, manufacturing, and the installation team to ensure every detail is completed to program specifications. Clients can work with the Program Manager for updates or simply log into the Client Web, MC’s exclusive online tracking system, for a real-time snapshot of job progress.
